We were quite late for our reservation and yet they honored our request for a table with a bit of adjustment. We also needed to have our food come out right away in order to be on time for a play in the area. They made it happen and we were to the theater with time to spare. Thanks so much for making what could have been a hard night a wonderful evening!
My scallop dish was very tasty—lightly seasoned scallops with unusual risotto mixture. Ambience is cozy and decorative. Servicer was friendly and attentive to my need for gluten free food. She was slow to bring us the check, even though we indicated we had a time deadline. A great place to dine before a Seattle Rep production.
Dined at Toulouse for lunch, and the food was overall quite good. My husband had the steak sandwich, and I the jambalaya. Both excellent—pleasantly surprised by the portions, which were just right. Dessert, we shared the bread pudding (also excellent) and the beignets (slightly overdone). Our server was friendly, quick and efficient! Another server, not so much. While we had lunch, a server spilled a tray of drinks right next to our table, some of which sprayed our jackets....
