Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either
the drinks are disgusting it tastes like chemicals and is overly sweet
I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake, fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯!The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!
Paris bakery in a Seattle. Delightful delicacies at reasonable prices. Friendly Staff too!
Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.
I got the strawberry tiramisu for my bday cake and it was so delicious!!!!!! Plus they have this cute little bundle with candles and a cake cutter!!

The almond croissants are excellent as is their muffins. I would try a little bit of everything both savory and sweet--cute little bakery with nowhere to sit by the way! This is strictly a takeout place (quick in and out).

I don't like how they don't put price tag on cake displays. They should be transparent.
Has to be amongst one of the best birthday cakes I had. Very subtle sweet flavor but not too sweet.

This is not a bakery shop, or at least a good one. The food is a bit stale, its not a sit down spot, there’s so many better places

I bought to pastries; milk bread and their madeleine.
Sad to say, it was the worst milk bread I have ever eaten compared to asian style milk bread.
The bread was dense, and the creme filling tasted artificial.
The madeline was not good either. It was a bit dense and had no flavor texture profile as a madeline.
Just reinforced my love for asian pastries.
Maybe the other pastries are worth trying, but as for me, I'll pass.

Sabrina is so amazing at making drinks and being kind to people coming in. Most of the other baristas, though, act like you’re a bother and inconveniencing them when you order a drink. I don’t like feeling like I’m bothering people. Sometimes I see one of those baristas working and I just go somewhere else. It’s honestly such a terrible experience with most of the other baristas. My mom will come in alone and she tells me how rude they were and how bad it made her feel.
One just opened in Smithtown and we've already been there twice this week. Today my husband brought me a donut and it was so amazing. I had brought him some cake a few days ago. Can't wait to try the bread.
