Bought the whipped cream bread loaf yester so i can have some for breakfast and it's basically inedible because the whipped cream smells and tastes like acetone. The acetone taste and smell also seeped into the bread as well so I can't even eat around it.

Phenomenal pastries but I showed up a little after closing time one day (not knowing they were closed, the displays were still lit and a staff member was present) and when I reached to grab an item they pulled down the plastic cover onto my hand and very tersely said “we’re closed”. It’s fine if you’re closed, just communicate that nicely and respect people’s bodies and physical space. Will not be going here again no matter how good their pastries are.

I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!

We enjoy ordering all of our birthday cakes here. Their cakes are tasty and affordable!
I like how their frosting is whipped and not too sweet. Some of my favorites are
Earl grey cloud cake, strawberry cloud cake, green tea, and triple berry cloud cake.

I recently visited TOUS les JOURS and tried a few items. The melon bread (green one with cream inside) looked fun but tasted just okay. I was expecting something a bit more flavorful. The Pineapple Macadamia Scone, on the other hand, was really tasty and had a nice texture. The Cream Cheese Tart was definitely the highlight - rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I came mainly for the matcha cake and was excited to try it, but it ended up being just average. Overall, a decent experience with some hits and some misses.

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either
the drinks are disgusting it tastes like chemicals and is overly sweet
I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake, fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯!The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!
Paris bakery in a Seattle. Delightful delicacies at reasonable prices. Friendly Staff too!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.
I got the strawberry tiramisu for my bday cake and it was so delicious!!!!!! Plus they have this cute little bundle with candles and a cake cutter!!

The almond croissants are excellent as is their muffins. I would try a little bit of everything both savory and sweet--cute little bakery with nowhere to sit by the way! This is strictly a takeout place (quick in and out).

I don't like how they don't put price tag on cake displays. They should be transparent.
