I got the strawberry milk tea, and it was pretty good! What I really liked was that you could still taste the tea. The strawberry bits added a nice touch and made the drink even more enjoyable. Very refreshing — I’d definitely come again!

Probably the best milk tea in the city. Fresh tea, unique flavors, and a wholelotta people in line. I wish there was a location closer to the south end.
Drinks are well worth the price.

I placed an order on a food delivery platform and waited nearly 40 minutes without receiving my bubble tea. The staff completely ignored the orders coming from the delivery app and only served walk-in customers. I personally witnessed several people walk in after me, place their orders, and receive their drinks within 8–10 minutes, while my order receipt remained stuck on the table, untouched.
When I asked the staff about my order, they ignored me at first. It wasn’t until I repeatedly followed up that one of them finally responded with, “It’s not ready.” That was it.
I eventually decided to request a refund. In the end, I waited thirsty for over half an hour just to get my $4 back… and then had to drive another 15 minutes home just to get a drink of water. Absolutely terrible experience. Save yourself the frustration and don’t order from this place.
The milk tea is delicious, but every time I order drinks from DoorDash and request CREMA, they always forget to include it as a topping! I hope the crew member double-checks before handing over to the customer.
