One of the best boba tea places on the ave!
Love this TP Tea location! Their drinks are consistently delicious—creamy milk teas, fruity flavors, and perfectly chewy boba. I especially enjoy how flavorful and fresh each drink tastes. The store is small but cozy, and the staff are friendly. It’s a convenient spot to grab a bubble tea when you’re around UW.
Tieguanyin tea latte, black tea latte, and green tea latte are so delicious with a strong tea flavor, and their milk teas are pretty good! Their matcha and fresh taro flavors suck though
Yummy tea.
This place is neat and have variety of boba options to try.
It was my first time trying TP tea and I decided to get the QQ TP Milk tea with tapioca and coffee jelly. The price is very reasonable for the quality you're getting. My milk tea was excellent, the tea flavor actually comes through and the texture of the toppings were chewy and bouncy. I found that 50% sugar was sweet enough, I could even do less next time if I wanted to.
Parking is hard around the area, you'll have to find street parking when visiting this spot. The service is quite slow so you might have to wait a bit for your drink. There was only one other person in front of me but I still found myself waiting about 10 minutes.
The drinks here are delicious!
Overall: good but slightly pricy drinks. Would recommend the fruit tea w chia seeds as it was refreshing. The noodle topping in one of the drinks was interesting.
Atmosphere - music wa honestly loud and overwhelming. Can’t imagine what the volume lvl would be if the store had been a lot more busy. Seating was also very limited so seems more like a place to grab n go. Decor was cute though
Note: not pictured was the menu because the displays were glitching. Dim and kinda hard to read from far away. Would recommend fixing it.
Hands down, this is the best tea shop in all of Washington state! Seriously amazing. Just a thought for the owner: has anyone told you that Bellevue is the prime spot for tea shops?
Both the tea and the service are 5 stars.

Mmmm bubbq soo good
Convenient location to grab a drink when you're craving boba, but beware that they are understaffed so make sure you have plenty of time especially if you have a bus to catch! (Bus station right outside the store). Staff is very friendly and seems to try their best.
The black tea (Tieguanyin) is a caffeine bomb. Tasty and effective. The coffee jelly and golden noodle topping are also unique and delicious! Perfect as an early afternoon refreshment!
As a big fan of TP tea for several years, just had the worst experience ever today. We placed an order on HungryPanda for a classic Taiwan milk tea and left a note saying no boba because boba is gonna make stomach sick. When we arrived, the staff said they cannot do milk tea without boba and they don’t read notes. There were plenty of times where we were asked to replace boba to another topping because they ran out of boba, so I don’t get why they cannot do the same thing this time? Also if they don’t read the note on the order, what’s the purpose of having notes? Sadly, they didn’t even apologize nor provided a solution. Later on they said they could replace the entire drink but could only do one topping, however, classic milk tea should come with three. The staff claimed that since we ordered it on HungryPanda so that’s the best they can do. Be prepared to listen to these bunch of nonsense if you are planning to order here (their store in Chinatown provides way better service)
They refuse to not put ice in the drink. I am happy to pay extra or to have less milk. They still won't do it. Why?
