The best cupcakes in Seattle! And extremely kind and helpful employees

I was really looking forward to a delicious red velvet cupcake. The icing on these cakes is lovely but the cupcake itself falls apart into a thousand crumbs- way way way too dry. Not woth $6.50+ for a small cupcake that falls apart.

The store is cute, the employees were great, the cupcake…very disappointing. I was a professional baker for over ten years and I do have pretty high standards for cake, so if you don’t then you will love this place.
I got the snickerdoodle and the cookies and cream. For the snickerdoodle: the frosting was very thick and dense, too dense for my liking, when have chew frosting that is not a good sign. It had decent flavor but there was something missing in it, my guess would be vanilla. Either there was none or not enough. I feel like more and more bakeries these days are leaving out vanilla, maybe because it’s expensive but so are these cupcakes. The cake itself was very crumbly and dry, almost as if it was baked the day before. The cookies and cream: very lacking of flavor again I assume no or very little vanilla. It seemed like the same recipe as the snickerdoodle only no cinnamon. Also frosting was the same amount of dense. I should not have to chew the frosting, and it did not really melt in my mouth, I’m guessing it is made with shortening and a little butter at most? The chocolate cake on this one was also very crumbly and dry again like it was sitting out on the counter since the day before.
The fact that they were absolutely beautifully decorated makes the taste even more sad.
From one baker to another, come on you can do better than that.

Vegetarian options: Vegan chocolate cupcakes

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Kid-friendliness: It’s cookies cake and ice cream, what’s not kid friendly

I was SO bummed with my cupcake! It was so dry, it fell to pieces when I took it out of the wrapper. Hoping I can get a complimentary cupcake to make up for it! Usually the cupcakes are pretty tasty

It is like walking into a fairytale candy house, there are too many macaroons, cupcakes and candies to choose from. My favorite is "Cupcake of the Day", which is a tres-coconut cupcake.

Their Snack Cakes were dryer than desired, but the buttercream balanced it out enough to make it still worth eating. Prices are high, but not incomparable to others in the shopping center. Nice staff!

Apart from having delicious treats, I would like to point out how amazing the service I received was! Amanda, the store manager, was absolutely incredible in helping me receive my order. After a couple of complications placing my order through Doordash, she contacted me directly via phone and text to ensure that my order could be completed and was correct. She even contacted Doordash customer service directly to help remedy the situation on my behalf! I am so grateful for how wonderful she was and was very pleased with the food and service!

First time in Seattle n friends recommend this place. Came in to mediocre greeting, asked if they had German CHOC cupcakes, she replied no. Brought for cupcakes despite lack of assortment and the most condescending look when I charged gave a tip and asked for forks. Very unwelcoming experience.

Macaroons are pretty but flavorless. Lady yum will keep my business in the future for macaroons.

Terrible customer service. You can't contact individual stores to see what they have before you go there. The flavor I'm looking for may have been discontinued, but they dont know? I will not go there again.

It’s okay, it is a cupcake, it tastes like a cupcake but it isn’t great

I got the red velvet, the cream cheese frosting is not creamy and velvety like ir should be. It was watery, the cake portion is not moist. Crumbly.

I agree with the other review it missed the mark. Red velvet cupcake doesn’t taste like this.

Cute little cupcake shop! The cakes were moist & frostings were very flavorful & soft! They did not skimp on lemon on that lemon cupcake! Was nicely filled with good textured crumbs on the side! Definitely a nice splurge on some treats! Each cupcake around $6.
