This is a sushi BAR. The main attraction is the bar. It's not as nice for a sit-down sushi place because it's on the louder side, and the prices are a bit on the higher side. The lighting was fun, but it wasn't the vibe I was expecting. If you want a drink with a little side of sushi, sure, this will work for you.
Parking: It's a busy street. Good luck.

Have ordered takeout before and my friend has picked it up without any issues. Decided to order pickup again cause the sushi was good the first time - I came to the restaurant 30 min after I put my order in (because that’s when it said the order would be ready by) and I’ve been waiting for over 30 min for the order. Didn’t even apologize or thank me for waiting. Even a free miso soup would’ve been appreciated - disappointing honestly

Gotta drop this place down a peg, truly the worst sushi I've had in a long time. Just bad flavors all around.

I would visit again. Seated with five others, we ordered within 10 minutes of arrival. Food took an hour to be prepared which did lead us to privately question what was happening. However, once the food arrived it was heaven. I have already recommended this restaurant to others. Totally fresh food and very reasonable price.

We got miso, sushi and a salmon bowl. The salmon in the bowl had a smell to it and the inside for the slices were still frozen. I think that tells you maybe all you need to know. It was pretty much inedible and not cheap. They also prioritize their to go orders over their dine in guests so service is slow.
Maybe their fish is better on other days based on other people liking it but I won’t take a chance again. Not going back.

Really cute place with huge bar. Service was exceptional and food was amazing!! Seattle Crunch and the So Good rolls were delicious washed down with a Blue Mermaid and Mochi for dessert !!

So good! Love this place! The restaurant itself is beautiful. I love the homage to the old Mona's with the big black chandelier and oval bar space. Sushi chefs are always so friendly and make you feel a connection to who is making your beautiful sushi, even when getting take-out. A big benefit to the Latona Ave food options! Especially when husband wants tamales (Frelard Tamales), I want curry (Smile), and daughter wants edamame and sushi rolls (Tsai Sushi). The fish is fresh and shrimp tempura rolls are diving! Staff is always friendly and quality is consistent.

This is a cute little neighborhood sushi place that we have frequented over the years. They have a lot of creative rolls that are not crazy expensive. When they are busy on the weekends with takeout, the waits can be long, but we recently caught them on a weeknight and the service was lovely. On our last visit, anything that was tempura fried had a bit of an overpowering oil taste that didn’t sit well with me. Net-net, not a destination restaurant but a great local option for takeout or dine in if it’s quiet.
