Although I no longer live close by, I make the trip as often as possible to enjoy the best burger in Seattle, exquisitely diverse tap list and flavorful overall vibe. Things have changed over the years, but the food, beer, local music and friendly environment is always exceptional. Everything on the menu is succulent, but the burger is my go-to. We've been going to the Latona Pub regularly for at least 15+ years. And I always ordered their mac & cheese because it was hsnds-down the best in Seattle. (and I've tried countless versions at restaurants across the city) Penne noodles, super rich sauce and broiled for a crispy top. We hadnt been there in a year or two for various reasons and just went back this past week. Unfortunately, they changed the mac & cheese recipe completely.
