delicious udon noodles. super friendly staff
I love the sauce-style Tan Tan Men with an Onsen Tamago added. Top it with a Chikuwa and Eggplant tempura and it's happy slurping time! The Kitsune Udon is my second fave.
I very much want the owner to open a location in Portland. Udon is my favorite soup and U:Don is my favorite restaurant for udon in the US! So many options for flavors and ad-ons! I love the Kamo, Salmon, and Niku especially!!!
