I very much want the owner to open a location in Portland. Udon is my favorite soup and U:Don is my favorite restaurant for udon in the US! So many options for flavors and ad-ons! I love the Kamo, Salmon, and Niku especially!!!
This place is truly incredible. Noodles are routinely perfect texture and don’t stray. The service is excellent and the spicy miso is next level with the pan fried accompaniment. I enjoy more than Marugame and it’s hard to beat the Niku! Well done!
