Rating only the sausage product, not the dining establishment. Wonderful flavor, just the right amound of spice and salt. That said, the sausage meat was ground, but contained some gristle.The sausage was mixed with ground venison for a meatloaf recipe. The flavor was wonderful.
One of my favorite places to eat at Pike Place Market. My favorite is the Garlic Breath. I may not talk to anyone for hours after because I have garlic breath, but it is worth it. Great staff and great food.
