Their selection is great! As a vegetarian the owner gave me good recommendations and my meat eating friends loved theirs as well. Grab a few and bring them over to the lake for a lovely picnic! Decent prices and helpful staff makes this a must visit spot.

I needed to grab a quick meal before leaving for the airport and found this place nearby!I loved the wide range of Afro-Caribbean and Asian flavors. I settled on the Peruvian Chicken and found it flavorful and moist. It also comes with a small container of spicy green sauce which enhances the experience. If I’m in town again, I’d love to come back and try the other breads. Such a unique intersection!

Owner was incredibly friendly and kind. Gave us a free curry pan to try along with our sweet bread. The curry pan was amazing and you can tell the curry is home-made.

I love love love this place!! Any time I’m anywhere near here I MUST stop in for the stuffed, fried pastries, Kim chi, curry, jerk chicken, all amazing! Also was pleasantly surprised by the strawberry beignets, which maybe included a hint of rose water? Absolutely to die for!

Unami has great flavorful treats can't waitto get on a weekend when they serve sweet treats with molly ice cream Panko like filled with curries, Jamaican jerk, and more served up with fresh dip. Black Owned Anime,the kids loved it! Also sold at Marutain Georgetown, and Black Owned- The Scene Coffee in SouthPark.

Was excited to try this place so I showed up at 9:30 when it clearly says they open at 9 on Fridays with the doors still locked and closed so i’m not sure how this place is in business when they can’t even abide by their operating hours. If they can’t even follow a schedule of when they’re supposed to be open then I can’t trust that their food is good or that they can follow food safety instructions if common sense is lacking.
