We ended up at Uncle Eddie's after trying 3 others, all with a wait over an hour. It was our second time and it was as lovely as the first time. I highly recommend the jalapeño popper empanadas. Stopped here for lunch on our way to the Museum of Flight. What a gem! We arrived on a rainy Saturday to a short line of people waiting for tables so we knew it would be good. A guy came out from the bar (who we later learned was the owner, Michael) and asked if he could get us a drink while we were waiting. This is a small diner with great food and service. The atmosphere is very retro and the portions are very generous. Our group enjoyed everything ordered. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. There is free parking in a lot justbdown the street or there is street parking. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
