Stopped in around 12:30 am on a Friday morning after flying in from MPLS. Mersab also known as hunny (forgive my spelling) was very accommodating and kind with her service. The atmosphere is also spectacular and I wish we had a place similar back home with just as good of food! Hoping our schedule allows us to come back before we head home.

The union restaurant truly captures the authentic taste of Eritrean and Ethiopian cuisine. Each dish was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and served with soft, fresh injera. The presentation was beautiful, and the service was excellent—staff were kind, respectful, and attentive. It felt like a home-style dining

This isn't your bs 5 star advertised review. This place is legit. It's like a private club inside. The atmosphere is authentic, the service is prompt and professional and the vibe is relaxing. Clean and fun. I'd strongly recommend this place for a couple or even a business dine in. Very smooth. I will be back!
