First time and I will definitely be back. Service was excellent. I was in town for a wedding for 4 nights and totally impressed by the owners. Both are respectful and have lots of patience. Thank you!

Stopped in around 12:30 am on a Friday morning after flying in from MPLS. Mersab also known as hunny (forgive my spelling) was very accommodating and kind with her service. The atmosphere is also spectacular and I wish we had a place similar back home with just as good of food! Hoping our schedule allows us to come back before we head home.

The union restaurant truly captures the authentic taste of Eritrean and Ethiopian cuisine. Each dish was rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and served with soft, fresh injera. The presentation was beautiful, and the service was excellent—staff were kind, respectful, and attentive. It felt like a home-style dining
