The folks running the place are really nice, the selection of convenience store goods is solid, and the food is good value. I didn't love the chicken teriyaki but it gets the job done for cheap and the cheese steak was everything I wanted it to be (within reason, not gonna have the same expectations at a convenience store in Seattle as I'd have at a cheese steak place in Philly or some wildly expensive yuppy popup that charges 25 bucks to nail a 10 dollar sandwich). I'm looking forward to trying the katsu and will update when I get around to it.

Disappointing teriyaki. As others have mentioned, the chicken is not freshly cooked, the teriyaki sauce is overly sweet, and it only comes with rice and no salad. Go to other spots.

Nice lady. Decent teriyaki and stuff but there is cheaper and better teriyaki nearby. The cheesesteak and burgers also aren’t terrible but are extremely overpriced. If they were 8 dollars instead of 13.99 I’d actually grab a sandwich here regularly

Very friendly staff. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. You can tell it was reheated, not freshly cooked (probably not even cooked today), just OK chicken. I will repeat what another person said here: Not up to Seattle teriyaki standards.
