Employee today was kind of unpleasant and took a long time making drinks with my sister and I being the only customers. The green tea has no taste or color.

Google says store opens at 12, but we drove past at 12:05 and the gate was still locked :(

It really lives up to its name — the Best tea shop in Seattle. This is the only place I go. Not only is the boba tea amazing, but the ice cream is also incredible. I’m leaving this review because I was reminded of it while enjoying the oolong tea ice cream. Thank you!

Cheap and good! One of my favorites in the area purely because of price and good flavors

usually love coming here but the worker that was working today (10/29 at around 3:30pm) was soooo incredibly rude!!! idk what her problem was but she needs to fix her stank face and attitude. i regret tipping bc of the service!

I was hoping this would be more like Chinese milk tea, but it’s watery, not enough bubbles, not sweet enough.

Heavy oolong milk tea (added chocolate) tasted like heavily watered down hot (cold) chocolate. No milk or tea flavor anywhere. Unbelievable!

This place is amazing. The first thing you'll notice before ever ordering is the superb prices. All boba drinks cost $6.35 (24oz is the only size). All boba drinks come with the option for 3 toppings and the drink is amazing. They also have an option to do a percent for the sweetness, which is a great option as some of the drinks can be quite sweet, and they have a good selection of decaf boba drinks. However, it is worth noting that they don't have an option for dairy alternatives.

Of particular interest to me, Seattle Best Tea is great for those of us that don't know a lot about the world of boba as they have signs and explainers posted on the walls in addition to the employee being very helpful. In addition the environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness in the café is top tier. (I would say second in the city only to Baceamp Café and Bar in Capitol Hill, a coffee café.) It's truly a lovely place to relax and unwind. UW Seattle Best Tea is truly one of the best cafés in the city and possibly the best spot for boba in all of Seattle.

I first went to the Chinatown store and was very impressed by the quality of tea. My husband later took a Taiwanese Chinese language class and the teacher brought them there again, apparently the original Taiwanese tea in the locals’ opinions too 😆 so happy they opened at UW!

Lovely selection as always and reasonable prices

Best quality bubble tea in Seattle with very friendly and attentive staff

excellent service, ambience, and so many flavor choices! One of the few boba places with free toppings and my favorite boba shop I’ve been to.

I got the Jasmine milk tea with boba and it was really good but my friend got the matcha green tea with boba and it was not so good as the flavor was too diluted than expected and it left a sour aftertaste
