Heavy oolong milk tea (added chocolate) tasted like heavily watered down hot (cold) chocolate. No milk or tea flavor anywhere. Unbelievable!

This place is amazing. The first thing you'll notice before ever ordering is the superb prices. All boba drinks cost $6.35 (24oz is the only size). All boba drinks come with the option for 3 toppings and the drink is amazing. They also have an option to do a percent for the sweetness, which is a great option as some of the drinks can be quite sweet, and they have a good selection of decaf boba drinks. However, it is worth noting that they don't have an option for dairy alternatives.

Of particular interest to me, Seattle Best Tea is great for those of us that don't know a lot about the world of boba as they have signs and explainers posted on the walls in addition to the employee being very helpful. In addition the environment, atmosphere, and cleanliness in the café is top tier. (I would say second in the city only to Baceamp Café and Bar in Capitol Hill, a coffee café.) It's truly a lovely place to relax and unwind. UW Seattle Best Tea is truly one of the best cafés in the city and possibly the best spot for boba in all of Seattle.

I first went to the Chinatown store and was very impressed by the quality of tea. My husband later took a Taiwanese Chinese language class and the teacher brought them there again, apparently the original Taiwanese tea in the locals’ opinions too 😆 so happy they opened at UW!

Best quality bubble tea in Seattle with very friendly and attentive staff

excellent service, ambience, and so many flavor choices! One of the few boba places with free toppings and my favorite boba shop I’ve been to.

I got the Jasmine milk tea with boba and it was really good but my friend got the matcha green tea with boba and it was not so good as the flavor was too diluted than expected and it left a sour aftertaste

Metal sponge piece in my Boba! I just took a few sips, and then I felt something crunchy in my mouth, and it was a piece of metal. I bought 2 drinks (other in the bag I was holding) but threw both out immediately. It is very disgusting and dangerous.

As a Taiwanese, this is the worst tasting boba milk tea I have ever bought. I bought it twice and the pearls were hard both times.

Purchased a 0% sweetness hot pu er tea with boba, and a 25% sweetness ginseng. Cheaper price compared to everything else, but unfortunately it seems like you get what you pay for. There’s literally no tea flavor in the pu er. My friend bought it and when I tried it, i asked if it was a joke that he got hot water and boba. Pu er is a strong tea flavor, it’s not like chrysanthemum where it’s light. My husband got the ginseng, and there’s no ginseng flavor. A bit disappointing, we will only go to the ID location going forward.

Only 2 stars for the price

THE BEST TEA IN SEATTLE. MAYBE EVEN THE WORLD. I started going to their ID location years ago and have spent most of my life savings on boba. It is that good.

The best bubble tea in Seattle! They are so kind here. Free toppings too! The heavy oolong is unbeatable. And the milk tea ice cream!!
