The place is so beautiful and cozy! I love the creative flavors and specialty drinks being offered! But unfortunately my latte was not the best tasting, it might have been the shots and for a $7.50 8 oz I would’ve expected more care into the beverage. Regardless, the place is gorgeous and I’m willing to give it another shot💓

Service was poor, walked in and not greeted by a single employee. Walled up to order and the lady just stared at us til we spoke up to say what we needed. Coffee was very average, we ordered different drinks to try but all had similar flavors.

Was excited to try this Mexican cafe and support my neighbors. Had the Tulum Latte ($7) which was a bit steep, but tasty. Removing a star because I was hoping for more Mexican pastry, but there was only one concha!!! which surprised me. I would recommend the cafe sources/partners with a local panaderia to stock their pastry case as that was my hope/expectation when I entered.

We live in the neighborhood and truly enjoy coming here, never had a bad experience until yesterday. Working in the industry myself, I want to share some feedback regarding two employees who could use a bit more training in problem solving and customer service.
I ordered two fresh-squeezed orange juices (which are already a bit pricey at $7 for a 12oz), thinking they came in the 16oz size but the cashier told me it’s always been the 12 oz. After paying and tipping, I politely asked if I could upgrade to the larger size and pay the difference. Both employees firmly said it wasn’t possible, without offering any alternative or explanation.
It was disappointing to see how the situation was handled, especially for such a simple request. We’ll definitely keep coming back since we love this place, but I hope this feedback helps improve how small issues like this are managed in the future.
