I come here often, the food is great and I think most importantly the customer service is splendid. With the amount of choice it’s overwhelming to pick something but the guy upfront is genuinely so accommodating and helps pick the right thing every time.
Wow! I’ve been visiting this restaurant three times over three days in a row. They really have the best juicy vegan burgers in town! Large menu so there is always something new to try. You don’t feel you are eating at a vegan restaurant. Delicious sides. Not sure if it has improved its menu or something with the 2024 acquisition but I’m completely hooked. Also kudos to their compostable packaging and using porcelain tablewares for dine-in customers.
I had a great experience at Next Level Burger by Veggie Grill. The Steakhouse Burger was absolutely delicious full of flavor and cooked perfectly. What really made the visit stand out was Lupita’s great customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
