I ate here during Seattle Restaurant Week years ago and love the food but I'm a vegetarian and they did not seem to have much on their regular menu. I kept checking the menu and now they do have vegetarian options so I had dinner and am very glad I did. I will be back soon!
We have enjoyed two special occasion dinners at Vendemmia so far and highly recommend it! Interesting menu (changes often) and generous portions. Sharing makes the prices easier on a budget. Attentive and friendly service, and they let is stay one night until late with no rushing us out. Beautiful wine list too.
The food, as always, is delicious: great ingredients, fresh and clean flavors. But if a generous service charge is included, (and that is fine) the expectation is that it is sharp and friendly, not flat and lazy. One server had an easygoing rapport, the other was bothered by every footstep she took, it seemed. The food timing was on but we had to go inside to request another glass of wine. Huh? Servers are (soft) sales people and their job is to increase the sales by keeping food...
