Large space in the lobby of a building. My cortado espresso didn't taste the freshest, but the pastry tres leches cruffin was humongous and tasty. Decent stop on the way to the rail station.
The coffee here is genuinely gorgeous. You can tell they really care about the quality of the coffee itself.
Unfortunately, the customer service completely changed the experience for me. When I asked for the restroom passcode(after I got my coffee), the staff member responded with a side eye and seemed visibly impatient. Later, I accidentally left my phone in the restroom and had to ask for passcode again to retrieve it, and both interactions made me feel uncomfortable...

This particular Victrola sits within history. Its location is a tiny piece of what was once an iconic merchandise building called Macys, which shut its doors down 2020 after 90 years!
Where mannequins once stood are now comfy chairs and minimalist table. The coffee, available merch, and location all blend into a unique and, yet, seemingly calm experience.
