The broth is VERY tasty, best I've probably had... but I prefer thinner noodles over the thick noodles they provide. The meat was okay. I got beef. I've had better. Also got meatballs and they were very tasty at first but kind of have a fishy aftertaste I'm not used to having at other Pho places. It's also not worth the price point. $22 is way to expensive for what is provided. I think I'll try a vermicelli bowl or Bahn Mi next time. Seating inside is...

Good food, good price.

A few things have changed in the past couple of months that just used to be better. First, I’m not sure this Chipotle format really works - it’s definitely slower and confusing from a regular’s perspective. Second, the noodles have changed to these thicker noodles which I’m not a big fan of. Third, the pho ingredients also changed and there’s less garnish than there were before. Really wish they would go back to the older format.

Very cool small corner place to sit on a small plastic stool and be back in Saigon- Banh mi lemon grass pork was total hit- bread is so fresh- Pho was packed with proteins and broth very flavorful- will come back here for sure
