I was searching out a new grinder for our busy mobile coffee trailer and came across Visions Espresso. After talking it through with their sales/tech we actually went big and purchased a Mahlkoenig E80gbw and Puqpress knowing our business is growing. Support from Visions Espresso has been amazing. I've had great communication. Ship time was great as well even to our very small town. I will definitely use Visions Espresso for even more purchases in the future.

Couldn’t recommend this place more!!Staff is absolutely professional, clean & VERY detail orientedCalled them for emergency yesterday for the first time & they worked with nouva simonelli directly to get parts and all installed the very next day.Mechanic was great about working around the chaos involved in a machine being down & was very friendly & helped explain problems and solutions. Will be coming back !

Last laugh. We needed an espresso machine, so we tried Visions. We agreed to buy the machine and grinder, IF they could install it the following week. We had an event we committed to. The salesman said what he needed to to make the sale. The service team did pulled every trick in the book to delay the installation to the point where we had to go pick it up and install it ourselves. Because we installed it, they terminated the warranty and would not refund any money for the installation and warranty, which are both part of the final price. BUT!!!! When the salesman Brandon was loading it in my wife's car, A BIRD POOPED ON HIM AND HIS CO WORKER. Hahahahaha, totally worth it! Needless to say, We will find someone else for any further espresso needs.
