We had a vegan feast with the pretzel bites and beer cheeze, the BBQ Mac and a Bahn Mi 😋 Updated from previous review on 2026-01-25
Big menu and big variety. You’ll never get bored with this place and their delicious options Updated from previous review on 2026-01-23
The food is above excellent.
Amazingly the sauces and herbs accent the vegan ingredients to a level of a very quintessential moment.
It is about time there is a decent place that is above par food and service.

We got the BBQ Mac Daddy and the ODVB pork sandwich and they were fantastic, best vegan pork I’ve ever had. They also make a delicious Moscow mule and service was very friendly. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-11
Amazing food and service. Vegan scene is sadly on the decline in Seattle. Thanks to vital creations, there is hope. Love the food, service and Chris the owner is an awesome host. Highly recommend this place Updated from previous review on 2026-01-09
The food was fine. Odd not to get a side of fries with the very pricey burger, and would prefer a tofu scramble over the weird faux sunny side up egg with breakfast. Good service - very kind and welcoming - and a clean space. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-05
Quality and quantity wasn't quite there for the price. Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but the menu is huge and so overwhelming that it's hard to guess what will be good. We spent $60 before tip on wings, smash burger, fries and Mac. Nothing was bad, and it was plenty of food for two people. The smash burger and fries were our favorite. The cauliflower wings were good, but there was an off flavor to them that my partner described as seafood-like. The Mac was ok but very one-note. Was missing something, I wish it was cheesier, saltier and more acidic. I probably won't be back until I get some good recommendations for what to order. The bowls look enticing!
Love the food here! Best cauliflower wings I've had, love the chik'n sandwich, the new breakfast items are great too! The food is always fast, the location clean, and the owner and staff are incredible. I live in Seattle, and it's definitely a must go if you're visiting!
We were hunting for food in the Fremont area just before a concert and found this place! It was fantastic! At first we didn’t expect to eat all of our food and would need a takeaway box but it was so delicious we ate it all. The bahn mi was exquisite! I’ll definitely be coming back for that again!

Best vegan food in Seattle! Go to is the Bahm Mi Bowl, packed with so much flavor! Road runner burrito, Smash burger and blue cheese burger are also incredible. Oh, and don’t snooze on their refreshers! Service is also great, very welcoming and chill atmosphere! Whether you are vegan or not, I would highly recommend this spot.

Tried out Vital Creations for the first time! We first shared the cauliflower wings - yum! Very good, they had a nice crunch and spice. My partner had the spicy chicken burger, he said it was really good! It looked really good, too. I had the Bahn mi bowl, it was ok. The sauce/dressing was one note - vinegar. There was so much pooled in the bottom, too. I know the carrots are meant to be pickled, but everything tasted like vinegar. I took some of the bowl home, but had to drain off the liquid before putting it in the container. At home, I added a small drizzle of maple syrup to cut through the vinegar and it was more palatable. I'd go back, but I'd order something different next time.

Yo this place is the bomb. You can have. Pretty much any single thing here. If you're a vegan. They got gluten-free bread. They got dairy-free cheese. You can basically eat off the whole menu even if you have dairy and gluten allergies. I wish I could tell my ex-wife about this, but she doesn't want to talk to me. she could eat anything here. It's hard to find a restaurant that you can have everything on the menu and it tastes this good. Check out the pics I posted.

Really thankful for a fully vegan restaurant in Seattle but the food is hit or miss for me. Really liked the mozzarella sticks and pistachio milkshake, udon noodles bowl was good, but the chicken wrap and Sean's [censored] burrito-not so much.
