Dirty Mac and beach smoothie were 🔥🔥

I’d previously ordered take out at Vital but finally went for dine-in and had a blast last Saturday! We went around lunchtime and had margaritas (that came in buckets 😅) and a tofu dish that was soooo yummy. We had a leisurely lunch and no one made us feel bad for hanging out for a bit. The menu is extensive and there are so many things I still want to try, so we will definitely be back!

I ordered the Nashville Chik'n Sandwich and my friends ordered the BBQ Mac, Bahn Mi, and BLTA. We couldn't stop raving about how incredible it all was. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner!

Best vegan burger I've had. Eaten like a 1/3 of the menu and not been disappointed yet. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice spot to eat with good outdoor area in the back. Great about allergens and dietary restrictions

Super cute and comfortable seating, and the food was good

This place deserves a lot of cred. I haven't had a smoothie in forever because vegan smoothies are either too expensive or don't taste good. This spot makes really really good vegan smoothies. I dream about them.

I don't normally eat vegan, but I often have a hard time finding a healthy spot in Seattle to eat. Normally, I wouldn't go to a vegan spot because I find vegan food has little flavor. Not this place. It tastes so good.

Only got to go here once but it was fantastic! I had the Spicy Oaxacan Bowl and it was the perfect size with a ton of flavor and very nutritious. Everything was fresh and obvious care was taken in making it all. Was awesome and I would love to go back and try most everything else on the menu. Nice vibes inside too with a small back patio. Great spot and highly recommended!

I’ve been wanting to write a review for this place for a long time. It’s one of our favourites, and we visit at least 1-2 times a month. The food NEVER disappoints - it’s hard to pick favourites since the entire menu is so well curated, flavour-packed and delicious! I would highly recommend this place for a casual meet up - the vibe is super relaxed and inviting - it has a chill zen vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly as well!

I got the veggie dog with kimchi topping, best dog ever. Also baja bowl, all the sauces come separate. But just dump them all in there. Everything vegan

My husband and I went in as an impromptu date night and we are so glad we did! We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and chili cheese dog with Cajun fries. Both dishes were amazing and really hit the spot. Service was exceptional as well. Thank you for the great experience. We will be back!

I’m the only vegan in my family of 4, but it doesn’t matter when we’ve eaten here because we all love the food! I was skeptical when I saw the menu offered Asian, Latino, and American food (pick one, I thought, and do it right). Boy was I wrong, they nailed it on every level. All 3 types of cuisine were great. The staff and owner are all super kind and helpful. We will go back, 100%!!!

So many options looked delicious and the staff was so friendly

Nothing but positive things to say about Micheal, Maria, Jubel and Amara! I’m going to miss the barista that resigned tho, Makana! He made our coffees perfect and I’m really worried the coffee won’t keep that standard.
The menu is currently being updated because the Chef before the one there wasn’t educated and had very boring recipes that weren’t priced correctly for cost. Jubel consistently makes food perfect, from texture to flavor profiles I’m always impressed. The restaurant is fully vegan, very very clean and they know how to cook tofu so well! My favorite thing about Vital creations is the peace you feel when you walk in. There is flowing water which is very therapeutic but I’m sure if you ask to turn the music down a little you could enjoy a conversation with indoor or outdoor seating. Very very very cute patio outside. A very wide selection of choices you have something for everyone except “tea people”! Espresso, Cold brew, refreshers, elixirs, smoothies, smoothie bowl, breakfast and the best espresso martini in Fremont! I’ve tried to eat here everyday but i believe they are open from Wednesday through Sunday at 1030am. I have tried almost everything on the menu and love it all!
I recommend ordering the big kahuna if you want a one of a kind burger experience. Spicy Pom fu is also one of the best burgers you will experience in Seattle. They make your guacamole fresh per order and the produce their is so so so juicy and fresh
The smoothie sumpreme is good enough to order by self as a meal but if you’re there I’d reccomend checking out the baking section right when you walk in. Burns bakery has been making exquisite desserts. She made a pumpkin spice cheesecake that was the best vegan dessert I’ve ever tasted in 33 years of living. The pura vida is my second smoothie there
