Food good but not special. Service not good. My $6 cup of Oolong tea came with the teabag in a small cup of hot water, and it was then damn near impossible to get more hot water over the course of the meal. Hard to get my servers attention and then the hot water refill would take forever to arrive.
We had dinner at Vivienne’s Bistro tonight and wanted to share how much we enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, exactly what we were hoping for after a long day. I would commend Raven for truly outstanding service. Raven was attentive without hovering, friendly and professional throughout, and made our meal feel relaxed and taken care of from start to finish. This was my first time ordering from Vivienne's, and he was so in tune and informative on their menu items. To make matters even better, he was the one at the door holding it for me as I entered. It was picture perfect customer service! I have no idea what he gets paid, but he needs a raise! A+ service Toby!
