I attended Vue for an Afro Beats party with DJ Niyan. I like the unique layout of the club, but I Feel the dance floor could be a bit larger. There were private seating areas around the dance floor and a VIP under the DJ both on what felt like a stage. The bar staff was great and they did a good job with their drink service.

I enjoy clubs that have the classic roll of a bathroom attendant. I like when they have things like colognes/perfumes or breath mints and gum.

Music was great, drinks were great. My only complaint is about this pregnant security guard who was extremely aggressive and unprofessional with our girl group. It felt like something catty out of high school. From the moment we arrived, they (we are unsure of their pronouns because at time they acted very masculine but also appeared to be pregnant) were giving us menacing glares and said they wasn’t going to let one of the girls in our group in. We were confused by their behavior and ignored them and eventually were let in by another security guard. When it was time for us to leave, we lost of one the girls in our group. When we noticed that, we tried to turn around to go find her but this pregnant security guard refused us entry. We repeatedly told him/her that we just wanted to go find our missing friend and leave but he/she refused and said it was not their problem. For whatever reason, they were targeting us that night and were deliberately separating our group and jeopardizing our safety. We even witnessed them be verbally abusive to the other staff members. It was really odd and unhinged. I hope the night club owner vets their security staff better moving forward because this individual made it through the psych evaluation when they shouldn’t have. If you’re a group of girls, please be mindful of this individual and have a back up plan to meet up if you split up.

Last night I got suuuuper drunk and lost ALL of my important belongings. Vue was the last place I remembered being at. This morning I called Vue a bunch and the manager, Eddy, was very helpful. The security guard, Ben, literally solved my problem. He walked me down the street at 9pm and into multiple nearby bars to ask about my purse. I was so overwhelmed I could barely talk so he did all the talking with bartenders for me. We got my purse and I literally started balling and he gave me a hug and overall was so so so kind and helpful. Also they gave me pepper spray bc I’m a young girl and need to be safe. These people at Vue Lounge were sooooo awesome and I’m sure the drinks there are great too, but I’d go back just for the people. Highly recommend.

THIEVES!!

Place is cool but very careful of the bartenders. They tried to steal ($456) from my card and I had only two drinks tonight (red bull vodka , Jack and coke) Thanks to my Chase Fraud Alert, it saved the night from getting robbed. I hope the owner of the club see this and take action. It was the bartender with the red bikini top. Attached screen shot of the transaction.

It’s super small. Thought it was bigger from their online pictures and the bar set up is dumb. If you have never gone before you don’t know where to order from. Then they take orders from all around the bar so it’s complicated to grab a drink. It was a fun place overall. Customer service could have been better.

Whole place smells like a very humid porta potty and for it to smell like that while charging $30 for drinks is crazy

I went to VUE after Rauw Alejandro concert. The line was long we had VIP tickets. We didn’t know where to but a female security guard JJ was amazing and friendly and got everyone in the right line. We watched her and a few other security do an amazing job at getting everyone in. We had a blast even if it busy definitely will be back for the great customers customer service. Other clubs with security should take notes great job VUE I definitely give 5 stars ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Definitely a must go when you need to find somewhere to celebrate anyone's birthday! I've booked table here several times and our night is always fun and successful!

Outside security had the most intense and complete pat down for all guys while barely touching girls. Really awkward start watching a guy get his whole butt grabbed. Drinks overpriced, friends said theirs were weak. Decor was literally falling apart off the walls and the metal railings would sway if you lightly tapped them.

There is a tip jar in the bathroom to tip a worker who stands in front of the paper towels and supposedly hands them to you. This worker was on his phone as I washed my hands and did not look up once as I stood there and cleared my throat. I ended up drying my hands on my pants.

Watched a girl get locked out of the women's bathroom and denied access to the other bathroom.

But hey, the air circulation wasn't bad, the sound system was great, the visual effects were dope, and the event was awesome.

EDIT : Due to the venue's sarcastic response, reduced my rating from three stars to one star.

I wore baggy pants, didn't get felt up, just gently patted down. Dude in front was wearing tight skinny jeans and the girl was wearing Tripps. Appreciate the safety but yall didn't even check my completely hidden waistband 👍

The bolts weren't screwed on right on the floor railing. You could see how loose they were. Other railings in the facility were fine, just the one by the entrance bar was messed up. According to reviews decor has been falling apart for a year +, dunno.

And the bathroom attendant- when I came in I watched him hand a guy a paper towel. He was parked squarely in front of the dispenser and wouldn't move even when I motioned and made a noise, wouldn't look up from his phone. Was I supposed to put my hands on him to get access to the paper towels or wait to get into a stall and wipe my hands with TP? Never seen a situation like that before in any type of venue I've attended, and him quite literally blockading the paper towels with a tip jar right next to him makes it appear that he's there to hand patrons the towels... but I digress. The floor was sticky with piss but that's a given for any club so I don't exactly care... idk what he was doing. Only got worse throughout the night.

That said, staff in person were quite kind other than the bathroom attendant. Definitely too scared to talk trash to their customers faces. Friend went back to a recent event and the basement filled up with smoke from an apparent electrical fire, so maybe take your business elsewhere if you want to feel safe.
