This wasn't my first visit here, and once again, the food and service were exceptional. This time, I sat at the bar and ordered the omakase. Joe, the chef, showed true artistry in crafting delicate, exquisite pieces. My absolute favorite was the fatty tuna—lightly torched and simply sumptuous.
Always good food and service is exceptional. Khoa is always great with recommendations and the rest of the staff are very attentive. Sushi bar seating available as well but it can sometimes be packed. Happy hour ends at 1730

For appetizers, I lean towards their miso soup and tofu dishes. Their tofu has excellent texture and good flavor. They are generous with the sauces without overwhelming the food. Well balanced!
