This is one of the best brunch spots in Ballard and hands down one of the BEST places to get specialty coffee.

I come here to work and eat. There is plenty of seating, isn’t crowded and the food is great

Parking: Easy to find parking pretty close to the restaurant

I've been here for brunch many times and it's always been amazing. Recently it's also become my go-to coffee shop. I think the single origin espresso is some of the best in the city. I'm no expert so I don't want to say anything wrong, but it's got that fruity acidity that I really enjoy in a shot.

For brunch my standouts are the fried chicken sandwich, the cereal french toast, and the house kimchi.

We waited more than 30 mins to get our food, and we had to ask for water after 10 mins sitting at the table.
We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and K-BBQ pork plate and they were both way too salty and not great flavor. The pickles were not fresh, rice was too dry, the pork was ok but tasted like it came out of a microwave. It’s the least Korean (authentic / fusion) food I’ve ever tried. Given the price, I would not recommend coming here.

I got a 12oz latte with regular dairy milk and the total was $8.05

Their drinks menu does not list pricing which is deceiving, and they automatically add gratuity in to all orders and call it “service charge” which is ridiculous. Do better.

Everyone raves about the chicken and waffles, but I found the waffle to be a bit stale and the chicken to be decent though preferable if the meat has been boneless. At the least, the meat could have been a thighs instead of wings

I somehow noted that the tables were made of a nice stone top, but it was still a small and unorganized room. I would have preferred if the lighting was more well thought out and if the layout for carryout and dining was more intentional.

Nothing wrong with this place, but a few things to improve on. Perhaps the nail in the coffin for me was the size of the portions. Everything was so small!

The first time visiting was at their location along 15th Ave and I was a bit underwhelmed with the food. But man this time around I was blown away!! Everything we ordered was phenomenal. My parents got the pork belly eggs Benedict with perfectly crispy pork belly and a complex hollandaise, and this might be my new favorite style of eggs benny. I ordered the fruity pebbles French toast and the kbbq pork belly plate and everything with it was perfection: pork belly, kimchi, perilla leafs, tofu, ssamjang. Only complaint is I could've used more ssamjang (I can never have enough). For drinks my dad got an oat milk mocha which had very rich chocolate and I ordered their single origin espresso which was a washed Kenyan that was nicely extracted. Wish I got a better look at their bean selection but just a good excuse for me to visit again. The ambiance was modern minimalistic and it felt a bit short staffed. It took over 30 minutes to get our food but we did order a lot so it's understandable. Overall, I had an amazing time and will be back again soon!

Super tasty fried chicken sandwich especially with the pickled daikon. Recommend. High quality.

1 star deduction for the mandatory 18% tip. Just build this into your base prices and don’t bait and switch like it currently is setup. Most people don’t enjoy this experience.

Amazing spot for coffee and brunch/food! Everything we ordered was delicious. The coffee drinks were amazing, I’d come back for the coffee alone. There’s a separate section for coffee if you just want to stop by to grab a drink. The brunch options were a 10/10. Definitely too spicy for me as I have zero spice tolerance, but I’d still dine here again. Lots of unique and fun flavorings going on. They recommend reservations on weekends but they weren’t busy when we came on a Saturday around 12pm. Can always call ahead and ask.

Yum! I got the orangey mocha and my partner got a matcha latte, both were phenomenal. We split the mushroom eggs Benny and we had to get the cereal French toast after hearing the hype. Both were straight up delicious, no complaints except we were too full to finish. Our server was attentive, food came out quickly, and the restaurant is super clean—we are excited to go back to try the chicken and waffles.
