Best Chicago deep dish North, South, East or West of Chicago. The crest is amazing with perfect crispness and the flavor is Devine. Seriously if they offered it, I would order a crust, hold the pizza. Fortunately the flavor does not stop there. They make their own Italian sausage that is so good it makes me weep for vegans. If one dies pass on that culinary delight, the tomato sauce is the best you will find, and they are not stingy with it. Great for take out, but at least once...

The Italian beef tavern style pizza is really good, my only critique is that I wish it was a bit crispier but overall, good flavors and toppings. The cheese bread is also very good. The service is great, I picked it up but they treated me very nicely the two minutes I was there.

This Chicago native gives them 10 out of 5 stars. This is the most authentic deep dish in Seattle. Crispy crust like Lou Malnati’s. Tasty sauce and toppings. Real Chicago Italian beef with giardiniera. You can also buy frozen pies for $20. Highly recommend. Been waiting 30 years for something like this to show up here.
