Micro-breweries are quite common. But this is absolutely recommended. I was in Seattle for vacation from Germany. Therefore I can say, very, very good beer. The store has great charm and is well attended.Insider tip, take a Friday evening and for the football enthusiasts, a few meters away is the West Seattle Stadium where O'Dea High School plays. It couldn't be more American than a Friday Night Game ?

Came by here today at 9pm and they were already closed despite their posted hours saying they’re open till 10.

We had visited the Alki Beach location 6 years ago. So, we knew that they have great beers. This time, we visited the "Mothership" location and we were not disappointed. The House IPA was great. I also had the Pale Ale SMASH, which was also very good. My wife had the Sounder Stout and said it was very tasty. Drew was working the bar when we there and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers there. He even explained what "SMASH" meant. As a bonus, we met his girlfriend, Hannah. She grew up in NH, not far from where we lived up there. So, we had a good time talking about our old stomping grounds (and our MA/NH accents). Dogs are allowed inside here and that made our visit even better. We will definitely come back here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to have a great craft beer.

The beer was terrible I thought it was a bar not a disgusting beer bar. Also where is the diversity?

Parking here is tricky. I ended up walking here as I was in West Seattle exploring the fun neighborhood vibes. Reminded me of living in Hollywood a bit as it is a city scape area with many different places to eat, shop and drink. I digress, back to the beer! The five stars is for the beer and the service. Brooklyn was absolutely knowlegable in her recommendation and I ended up with a pint of Scottish Ale. She was fun, friendly and generous with tasters, lol. The Scottish Ale is a 7% smooth drinking brown ale with a sweet taste. The beers are made on site and the place started picking up in the afternoon. I appreciated Brooklyn's handling of an obvious local sitting at the bar becoming a bit, well, rude. She gently encouraged him to leave and apologized to another patron for his rude behavior. Kudos to her. I would come back here for sure. Cheers and happy Yelping.

Excellent Stout, perfect Friday afternoon working session vibes...

It would be shocking to me that beer this bad can survive in a city like Seattle but the location kept it in business I suppose.

I love the location on Alki and I am so sad that it is closing. It was a great spot to grab a drink and enjoy the beach. I enjoy the location near the junction but it's just not the same. I'll be returning but wish they could still stay on Alki somehow..

I thought this brewery was just okay. They don't have a wide variety of beers on tap (only one hazy IPA) and their draft list is limited. I didn't try the food. We were also only 1 of 2 parties on a Saturday afternoon which suggests there are better breweries in the area to hit instead. I did appreciate that they have HH pricing on a weekend. Not sure I'll be back but it was a decent beer.

Great beer and atmosphere. MANU fans are cool too. I can't wait for the Alki branch to reopen!

Needed just a wee bit of mom time so came down by myself for a beer and a 'to go' growler of the Hibiscus Honey Hard cider. Had the Farmstrong Cold Beer Pilsner while I waited. Totally hit the spot and once home, so did the hard cider!
