The wings are incredibly small here, but that’s fine. We used to like coming here until the other day. Our waitress walked by, literally tossed 6 menus onto the table and kept walking (there were only 3 of us). Eventually we’re reproached and place our order and it comes. Our sauces were all mixed up between the 3 of us, again no big deal. We are never asked if we want another round of drinks, our water was never refilled. After we ate we wanted another run of fries and drinks, we’re never asked so we placed all our cups and dishes at the end of the table to signal we’re done. but after literally 20 minutes go by we’re finally asked if we want anything else but at that point we decided nah never mind. Also saw the waitress crumpling paper and just tossing it onto the ground and a poor bus boy (who was also taking our plates) kept picking it up. We’ve ate here multiple times but this is our first time seeing her, so I don’t know if she’s just new but it really has put us off from returning again.
As a wing person the size and crispness of the wings are perfect. I really love the food and the service. Its great the owner comes to the table.I think my only issue is the taste of cumin in the buffalo wings. It gives the wings a taco or latin taste to it. I think the base sauce has a lot of flavor but if the homemade wing sauce didn’t have cumin it will take the flavor as the best buffalo wings in Seattle. Just like the new lemon pepper, they changed it and its amazing. Hopefully that small touch can change for the buffalo wing sauce.

Great place to watch a game. Super delicious Parmesan garlic boneless wings!!! Also the waffle fries are great. Nice people. Good vibes ? will return.
Tried this place and overall not bad, not great. Wings were small compared to Wingstop, prices were higher. We tried the garlic parm, lemon pepper, chili lime and cream buffalo. The garlic parm and lemon pepper were off. Both tasted artificial. Chili lime and creamy buffalo were decent but nothing special.Maybe I’d stop in if I was in area for a beer and try other food but it’s a wing place with mediocre wings.
I hadn't tried West Wings, but my friend Dorie said her friend Malinda worked there and she wanted to try it. Cute spot with lots of huge screens. I had the Classic lemon pepper wings with ranch dipping sauce and they were small, but delicious. I'll be going back soon, especially since it's just down the street from me and the owner Paul was so friendly and helpful.

West Wings is a great middle of the road option that the Admiral neighborhood has been missing. It's not too fancy or expensive and is good for takeout when you don't feel like cooking but want something better than fast food. The owner and waitresses are friendly and we enjoy stopping in regularly.
Good value, quick service, roomy seating, good wings, would recommend the regular buffalo sauce and lemon pepper. Burgers and cauliflower were also good.
