Holy cow you guys- if you live in west Seattle, you HAVE to come here for sports. The owner, Paul, just jumped through hoops to pull up the Miami Grand Prix that already broadcasted for us to watch and ensured no one in the restaurant spoiled it for us. Plus the wings are so good!

If you are deciding between this local place or one of the chains like BWW or Wing Stop, don't. The local Wing Stops wings SUCK. Dry, flavorless hot wings. But THIS PLACE? I absolutely loved the wings, and I was able to select extra wet if I wanted (I didn't). The wings were the PERFECT amount of wet, and had the right level of spice.

West Wing in Seattle absolutely knocked it out of the park. The wings were delicious — perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. What really stands out is the variety of sauces and rubs they offer. Every spice level feels thoughtfully crafted, and there’s something for everyone.

The atmosphere is open and welcoming, and the customer service is truly over the top. The staff made the whole experience feel fun and memorable, and I genuinely appreciated how much...
