I visited Seattle on Wednesday, April 9, and tried to order lunch from Wild Tiger via the Slice app under the name May Kim. I placed an order for pizza and salad, but when I arrived at the store at the scheduled pickup time, it was completely closed.
I came back again on Saturday to request a refund in person, but once again, the store was closed. I'm now back in my home country, and I have no idea how to get a refund. The phone number I used for the order is no longer active, but the card used for the payment is still valid.
Why on earth is it possible to place and pay for an order when the store is not even open? This is completely irresponsible and misleading. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
Cancel the card transaction and issue a full refund immediately. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant.

This place is by far my favorite pizza spot. No big signs, commercials, or a portal code to get ur pizza just all around great service and the owner is very nice and very happy they are expanding. My Son chose to come here for his birthday lunch. 🍕

Hidden gem at Westlake Center. Absolute tastiest pizza I’ve had anywhere in the area. If you’re on the fence about where to go and they’re open, choose here. Odds are you’ll be served by Sam who is patient, professional, and knows how to make the perfect pie.

Wild Tiger is mine and my families favorite place for pizza. I commonly will get a pizza in the late afternoon to bring home and reheat for dinner. I also stop by for lunch if it’s not on the dinner menu for the week. Not only is the pizza delicious, the service is impeccable. The owners know me by name now and are always willing to have a friendly conversation. I frequently tell people how good this place is! A little hidden from the public, but so delicious. There’s not one part that’s better than the other and good every single time.
