We waited 20 minutes for anyone to take our drink order and then 20 more minutes for our drinks to arrive, with no acknowledgement or apology. The staff were friendly, but we just rarely interacted with them because they rarely checked on us. Dinner for 2 was $200 with only 2 non-pizza options. It was cool to eat in the dome, but not cool enough to make it all worth it. Should have just walked around for a while and then had dinner at one of the other 100 restaurants nearby.

Our waiter was fantastic. He kept us informed and we tried all of his suggestions. They were fantastic. I cant remember his name now but he should be reckonized for his effort and professionalism. We saw a news piece on the CBS morning show on Renee Erickson a few months ago and we wet the restaurant based on that. No disappointment at all. Thank you. BTW the building was beautiful.

This was my third and probably final visit. We were warmly greeted when we arrived but things quickly went downhill from there. We ordered a cheese pizza which should be pretty easy. We waited 30 minutes for our food. I think the server forgot to put our order in. As a consolation prize for waiting, we were given pickled vegetables which were not good. Then when our pizza finally arrived, it was burnt. We were so hungry we ate some of it. No one came by to ask us how everything was. It should have been completely comped but they gave us half off. Incredibly disappointing.

Perfect spot for date night. The Alex's greens salad and sausage pizza are a must! The service was also excellent, authentic and attentive but not overbearing.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. Food portions are great value however way too much salt in the food and oil on the salad for my liking. Would be better to reduce these and serve on the side of guests would like to add more. Personally I did not enjoy the meal because of this but the team were fantastic.

Ordered a salad and two pizzas. Most of the food came at a normal pace. The second pizza came an HOUR later. Not okay, especially for a business lunch.

Despite missing the last pizza dough available, I was truly taken care of by the staff. The bartender went out of his way to make me feel like they really cared about my experience and that touch was felt. Food was exquisitely made and the presentation was excellent. For sure will be returning anytime Im in Seattle

I hate to sound trite, but Willmott's has a long memory and peerless service. Breck and Christine and the rest of the front of house are truly a cut above. You won't find better food in SLU and I'd argue you won't find better service outside of Canlis in Seattle.

Food was delicious. The burrata was one of the beat things i have ever tasted. Our waiter suggested ordering it the their house made focaccia. Great call. Fantastic wine list with some amazing wines
The food was very good but very pricey for what you got. A $30 pizza that serves two is a bit much. The staff was amazing. They were very busy but always made sure we had what we needed.

Excellent service from Nicole (totally worth 22 percent service charge); Delicious Chicken al Mattone (generously portioned, flavorful and tender); Clean and lovely ambiance (thank you, maintenance team!) Only suggestions: 1) dessert selection is LACKING. Needs chocolate stuff. 2) Lasagna should be returned to menu.
