customer service was absolutely horrible, waitress literally gave our food to TWO other customers and then realized that we actually ordered them. took SO long for them to even give us the food. they literally gave away our food to the other customer and they started eating what WE paid for. did not even try to make up for it and give us more food. wings tasting good the only thing that is giving this place more then one star... the chef needs to leave to a better restaurant with better customer service.

Pros: These are, hands down, the best boneless chicken wings in the area. They're the best boneless chicken wings I've ever personally had anywhere, and I've lived in a few states. The food at Wing Dome is incredible. If boneless wings were invented anywhere, it might as well be this location. I eat here every single weekend, and the quality never fails. Smooth, clean bites of chicken smothered in Western BBQ, with a subtle heat that opens up your sinuses yet doesn't burn your mouth even after 8 pieces. The Waffle Fries, as well, are consistently incredible: crisp and warm, seasoned thoroughly, with a Raising Cane's - like orange fry sauce to compliment them. Combined with a bar environment, with ice cold drinks that pair great with the high quality chicken, and the establishment is basically flawless. If you live in the area, you OWE it to yourself to get Wing Dome on the Pier at least ONCE. Cons: The only thing I can say negative about this location is that I wish it was open more often. But, maybe it is a good thing, because I genuinely would spend way more money there. I'd also recommend they invest in more vibrant signage outside, as it's a little hard to see where it is (It's located right next to Elliot's Oyster House).

Just came here for drinks before our ferry tour. Service was friendly and prompt so no issues there. Good spot to kill time and no complaints with our drinks.

Sophia provided me with excellent and efficient service during my visit at Wing Dome. The food was delicious and I received my order very fast. Definitely will be returning!!

Things I considered: 1: service Mid. There was a combo option for a small fry added to my burger. He decided to opt to charge full price for the full size and didn't clarify if I wanted the combo small size. Food came out in an OK time frame. I don't mind sitting and thinking. I asked if the onions on the burger were grilled - he said yes - they weren't. 2: food I ordered the Dome Burger with a side of small waffle fries. The fries were pretty good. Had a good crunch. Seasoned. Waffle fries didn't seem like they were the bottom of the bag. Size of the fries didn't look small. Photo below. The burger was mid. The meat wasn't seasoned. Bun was good. Fluffy. All I can say about the burger. 3: price I paid a little less than $19. Considering this pier is a tourist attraction, it makes sense. Can't complain about that too much. 4: seating Sat down at an open table outside. It is a busy Saturday so seating being available for lunch time is pretty cool. Has a nice view of the water and cascade mountains. Overall 3 stars. Wouldn't write home about it.

Wings were alright but I like the fries the most. They are perfectly seasoned, fried, and crispy! И suggest you only come for the fries. And make sure you get the waffle cut ones as they have plenty of seasoning.

i am absolutely pleased with my visit. I came in after a long day, and the servers were so attentive, and eager to help me. Mike and Kane were amazing considering the long line and how busy it was. Thank you again to the both of you, you deserve the best.
The Swifties were in full force, so the harbour was busy. We were grateful to grab a table while one of our party placed the order. We got 18 wings: garlic, parmesan and hot. All had great flavour and were juicy and nicely sauced. We also got a large order of fries, which were delicious. Nice and crispy.

Needed a quick bite before jumping on a cruise. Just got some tenders. Flavor was good and food was hot. Waffle fries surprised me. Very tasty. For a quick bite I'd recommend for sure.

I've been to Wing Dome in Kirkland, and found it quite good. It's NOT the case with the location at Seattle Center. When you pay over $2 for EACH wing, you'd expect them to be hot; you'd expect them to have a tasty sauce (tried two of them); you'd expect them all to be larger than a paperclip! Ours just weren't great --- they weren't hot, sauces tasteless, and one of them was so small we couldn't even see it. BAD experience for our out-of-town visiting relatives. The staff was really nice, though, when taking our order. That's about all I can say in a positive light.

Came here on a quiet Wednesday night and loved it! Price reasonable for being on the waterfront, and quite a good burger! Drink was tasty as well! Great views being right by the Agrosy boat tour dock, and would definitely get food from here again.

Wings and service are bomb!! Thanks to Caleb and Liam we were able to try their signature wings; the 7 hottest of them all and I cried like a baby!! But would do it again in a heart beat!
