They played Mariachi music and it was super loud. Customer service could not take our order because of the music being so loud. They had a little kid that was 4 years old running in the kitchen wear the food was cooking.

‼️‼️DO NOT GO HERE‼️‼️For some reason the worker who took my order allowed me to get a 6 piece combo that came with a drink. The only drinks available at the machine was DIET lemonade and water, so I asked them to change my combo to just wings. After this, they handed me my food that still had fries with it, I told him I only wanted the wings because I couldn’t get the drink. She then REMOVED the fries from the bag and tried to leave without refunding me the difference. She tried to tell me A 6 PIECE BONELESS WING COMBO AND JUST A 6 PIECE BONELESS WINGS ARE THE SAME PRICE ? i showed her online it’s $6 compared to $15 for the meal. I asked for a refund and she said she did it, I asked for a receipt and she had to CALL A MANAGER to figure out how to actually refund me because she hadn’t expected me to ask for a refund receipt and lied when she said she gave me one.I ended up ordering the same meal from Bellevue ?Additionally, this is the dirtiest Wingstop I’ve ever been to the floors are sticky, and the counters are dirty.

Pro - Good food. The wait is a little long. I guess because they make the orders fresh. My wings were nice and hot.Con - they charge for the dips??? A lot. 2 dips cost me 3 bucks. I just think that dips should be apart of the order.THEN.... I had to go to the bathroom and they had 2 bathrooms but one was not working. The person who was in the bathroom had been in there for a while so I had to use the bathroom that was out order. Needless to say ?!
Our server was "RGB" and they treated us soo nicely! My freind was having a terrible day both personal and professional and the staff here really made us feel at home and took extra care of us. Thank you so much to the kind folks working
