I want to go in there to order food use the restroom the lady named Mira in there says that they do not take cash only card not only did she say that but she says we do not serve your kind I'm Mexican and native American not cool .then told me to leave or she would call cops on me..they are racist in Roosevelt Wingstop.on September 9th 2025 went in Mira the cashier was refusing to give me receipt saying it's for their records not why but she was rude...Mira also made racist remark we don't normally serve you're kind....hoping Mira knows telling me that keeping my receipt for wingstop records is illegal if I wanted to I could report Mira to police

Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

I love my wings WELL DONE. I certainly appreciate the option. Today I am heartbroken as the Sweet CHILI Glaze is gone. Gone like yesterday,. Please bring it back Mr WingStop dude? Pretty please with SWEET CHILI Glaze on top?🙏😭
I placed an order online for my family for dinner. Once I returned home, I discovered the food was ice cold. I took the food back to the store and I was told that they could remake my food or I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days. My issue was this was the refund was not processed. I was expected to take the word of the woman in charge. She told me that she could text her area manager a copy of my receipt so they can process the refund as she could not process it in the. She then took a call from her manager, Robert, who told me the same thing that they stand on. I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days with no proof of this refund with me leaving the store. I was told that I could either except that or they could remake my food. Not to mention there were multiple employees playing in the back cooking area. I didn’t trust this at this point. I feel this is very unjust. Very unacceptable and not good customer service. Wingstop do better!!
Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When the first driver showed up the order wasn’t ready when they said. So when the second driver showed up they closed early. Worse service not just this time but every time. What a shame the food is good but the service is beyond terrible. Please don’t waist your time. Now to try to get a refund that I paid for but never got.

The employees clearly would rather be anywhere else, theres no wifi, the only bathroom is locked, and it took them literally OVER 30 minutes to make just 4 chicken tenders. However, I will say they were wayy better than the sandwich I had last time they were actually very tasty.
