The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Extremely fatty and not properly deep fried. Hot sauce doesn’t even taste like hot sauce.
Initial person who was taking my order was rude and unhelpful. Second Lady was wonderful. Polite, responsive and has excellent customer service.
Don’t recommend eating here unless you like wasting your money.

20 dollars for 10 wings and some fries? Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous prices. My fries were lukewarm, not crispy, and tasted stale. The wings were a decent size, but they tasted like burnt fryer oil. It was terrible. You can even see in the kitchen and it looks like they haven't changed their fryer oil in weeks. Completely black, and smoking up the whole restaurant

I’m sure they’ll make a killing because the high school is nearby, but I was not impressed by anything at this store. My expectations were low, because when I eat fast food I tend to favor locally owned restaurants, which are usually better, and Wingstop lived down to those expectations. Atmosphere is dark and uninviting. The floor looked like it needed a sweeping. And a mop. Service, meh, it’s fast food. I don’t expect miracles. But the guy at the counter isn’t doing himself any favors by being so grumpy. The food? Blech. Way too salty. The chicken sandwich was tinged with pink. And it was just fried chicken smeared in a sauce that wasn’t even hot (I got “cajun,” which was third hottest on the menu, IIRC). I got pickles. They were a wilty disappointment. That’s it? And a combo meal of greasy fries smothered with seasoning salt, and a drink and that’s $13? And I waited 15min for that? Why? I can’t imagine what would make me return here. Also, Wingstop, even tho I didn’t like it. I would have tipped. The workers deserve at least a chance of tips at fast food wages. But it wasn’t even an option when I paid. Give customers a way to tip your workers! After all, I don’t think a majority of customers will be back anyway! Might as well get every dime you can!
I want to go in there to order food use the restroom the lady named Mira in there says that they do not take cash only card not only did she say that but she says we do not serve your kind I'm Mexican and native American not cool .then told me to leave or she would call cops on me..they are racist in Roosevelt Wingstop.on September 9th 2025 went in Mira the cashier was refusing to give me receipt saying it's for their records not why but she was rude...Mira also made racist remark we don't normally serve you're kind....hoping Mira knows telling me that keeping my receipt for wingstop records is illegal if I wanted to I could report Mira to police
