Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

"Classic" wings were: Overcooked, dry; lacked sauce; lacked spice and were pretty small. They up-charge for anything but the wings and at $1.20 each you'd be better off going to 7-11.

Amazing food amazing staff. Every time I come here the workers are so busy with online orders but they get it done so fast and they’re nice and working hard and the food is fire. They do it every single time without fail. Wish I could leave a tip!!!!

Got part of my order, was promised a refund on the phone, never got it. I ordered the all-in meal via their website for delivery. After it showed up it had only HALF of the wings and no dipping sauce. Called them right away, the employee after some back and forth said they'd talk to a manager and I could maybe get a partial or full refund in short order. Never came through. Called back a week later, call got dropped after holding. Food was okay. Getting shorted is unacceptable. EDIT - upping to 3 stars since a rep reached out to refund me and offer some wings as conciliation. Thank you for making things right.

i ordered a maple sriracha chicken sandwich, seasoned fries with extra cajun seasoning, and an atomic and cheddar sauce dipschicken sandwich was amazing - had great breading, great flavorthe maple and sriracha flavors mixed together to create an incredible dual flavor that was slightly more sweet than spicy but still amazingalso the amount of chicken compared to the size of the bun was incredible - i really appreciated thatseasoned fries were well seasoned but not amazing - they had a good cajun flavor but i didn’t think they added much on their ownwhat really helped the fries was the amazing cheddar sauce - this brought out the flavor in incredible waysthe atomic sauce was a massive miss, however
