I love this small pizza joint in the heart of the CID. The owners are long-time pizza makers and have crafted a lovely menu with many options. It's vegetarian and my meat eating appetite didn't care! The prices are very reasonable.

I've been eyeing world pizza since I moved into the neighborhood,
Let me tell you ... I took my 15 year old foodie , and needless to say we were very happy with our slices , we both had the potatoes pizza slices and a traditional cheese . World Pizza feels a little overlooked sometimes just because they're tucked away in the International District surrounded by amazing Asian food, but it is such a hidden gem.

The food is incredibly good and unique. It’s all vegetarian, with creative flavors like a potato pizza that is pure comfort food, and a pineapple-wasabi slice that is actually genius. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, and a single pizza is really four meals.
