I tried the Qishan Pork Biang Noodles. The pork was delicious—really well-marinated and flavorful. But the noodles themselves were a bit underwhelming and lacked depth. I did ask for low spiciness (they give you that option), so that might have affected the overall flavor. Still, I feel like even with less spice, the dish shouldn’t lose its character or impact.
The bathroom was very clean. There was fast service and the food was very flavorful! The noodles are uniquely good. The vegetarian selection was hard to find but what they had was good. Last I liked how much you are able to edit the food to your liking.
I like to give thanks to Xiaoli Wu for being the best waiter and best server for me, especially helping me with the to go order. The foods are very good. Keep up the good work and hope things are going well!!!
