Got the lamb noodles with soup, amount of lamb was pretty good for the price point in downtown. I do think University District is slightly better in terms of taste. Many people here are relating this outlet to NYC Xian foods but both aren’t related. For Seattle its a good, clean atmosphere.

You can go to many restaurants of its kind, but never, ever have I tasted a soup soooo delicious. I had the marinated pork noodle soup. Seriously, no joke, I would travel to Seattle again just for it.

Great customer service. Right around the corner from the Westin. Destination noodles!

Great food! A bit pricy but given it's location in the heart of downtown Seattle I understand.
If you’re going to make a knockoff very of a very famous delicious chain, you should at least try to have your food be half as good. The X’ian Famous Foods “N1” equivalent noodles (which they also call N1!) was bland and soggy.

The recipe isn’t as tasty as the other chains. Not sure what it is, but they’re doing something different than the NYC locations I’m used to

Waiting time is insane
Terrible experience. Wait for more than a hour to get a simple noodle soup.

The taste is ok. The bun didn't look like the picture. Half of the meat than it should be.
