Called with a simple question about the pool tables and before I could say anything was immediately met with a very rude worker, he immediately made me feel bad for calling due to the fact they are “busy” I understand it’s a bar on a Saturday night don’t get me wrong but customer service 101 is a basic human skill. And my question was met with an even ruder answer. Overall will not be going to this place mainly based off that one rude worker, sucks I had high hopes for this place.

Chill, kinda old fashioned local bar. It was nice to grab few beers and snacks with my company. The noise level was moderate so it was also good for having some good chat.
Minus one star cause mozz stick was basically unacceptable; hard surface and hard cheese that even lacked the flavor. It was quite surprising experience cause typical frozen mozz stick products available in regular supermarket are often enjoyable, as long as well fried by one of air fryers. It’s really hard to go wrong. I imagine that they somehow managed to bring the worst mozz stick product or didn’t really care about running the air fryer right way.

Cash only! Make sure you bring cash because they don’t take cards. Aside from that, Zoo Tavern is a fantastic spot with a great atmosphere and plenty of fun games to keep you entertained. It’s the kind of place that feels laid-back yet lively, perfect for hanging out with friends and playing some pool.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual, game-filled night out—just don’t forget the cash!
