From the moment we rolled in as a spontaneous large motorcycle group, we were met with true Southern hospitality. The owners were incredibly accommodating, welcoming us with open arms despite our unannounced arrival — and even took the time to personally thank us for choosing their spot out of all the options along our ride. The atmosphere here is fantastic — relaxed, unique, and full of personality. One standout feature is their condiment bar, which lets you customize your BBQ experience with a variety of mouthwatering sauces and toppings. And yes, the complimentary peanuts? Feel free to chuck the shells right on the floor — it adds to the laid-back, rustic charm. As for the food, it absolutely delivers. Whether you’re gluten-free or just love BBQ, there’s something for everyone. If you’re like me and can’t decide what to order, go for the 2-, 3-, or 4-meat combo — perfect for trying a bit of everything, but come hungry or be ready to share! The brisket and ribs were standout favorites. Don’t skip the sides either — the fried okra was crispy and flavorful, and the smoked mac & cheese is comfort food at its finest. Double Barrel BBQ isn’t just a meal — it’s an experience. Great food, warm service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Such a great place to eat in Sedro! There is literally 4 or 5 Mexican restaurants in sedro all within .5- 1 mile of eachother, and this place is definitely the top contender!!! Their Pico De Gallo is always amazing, and I actually tried the Durango meal tonight ($27.00), it had a creamy Chipotle / little Spicy Adobo sauce on the Steak, shrimp, Grilled Chicken and then the AMAZING Bacon wrapped Large Prawns. 🍤 🍤 🍤 🍤 🍤 YUMMMM 🤤 such an amazing meal, and I took a large to-go-box home, the entire meal was probably worth 3 meals in one. Haha. That’s less than $9.00 per meal/serving!!! Highly recommend stopping by if you are ever in our small town of Sedro Woolley. It’s right off the main HWY 20, on the right side a block before the 4 way stop light at the AMPM gas station. 🙌 🙌 👏”

“Went today on this rainy day and had Morgan’s for the first time, it was amazing! The flavor, the fast service, and the customer service. Grace was the one who assisted me today. She had 4 vehicles in line and was so quick and still had a smile on the whole time and small conversation which is rare these days. THANKS GRACE!!!!!!!”

“I love Papa Murphy’s and the staff at SedroWoolley are the best. I’ve seen Katie, the manager, handle a difficult and irrational customer complaint with grace and a smile on her face helping the customer to get control of his emotions and leave satisfied. Today, no one was there but they were busy with orders and multitasking and I was surprised at how quickly my order was ready. It was excellent teamwork today for Katie and Haley. Thanks for a delicious lunch!

The Local is also carrying Rowe Casa Organics which is another amazing product line. The owners are very personal, the store is one of my favs in our area and the coffee is amazing as well! 💜”

“Small, family owned place. The food is great, but a little expensive. The two folks who run it are amazing! The husband cooks the meals, while the wife handles the front of house. They’re welcoming and kind every time, albeit they’ve been closing for long periods of time recently. If you see it open, stop in and get a bite just in case!”

“I really love fish and chips along with a nice cold beer. I used to come in frequently. and enjoy, my meal. but it has become nearly impossible to get in the door and get seated. I'm 75 yrs old, With having to walk with 2 canes or my walker because of knee pain, its always so crowded and with not accommodating to the handicapped, I've had to give up trying to come anymore.. Also your short staffed on servers even makes it harder to have to wait so long for the food.”

“im sorry to have to do this but it has happened to many times and with the price of these drinks these girls need to be putting out epic drinks and not sludge. $40,$40 in drinks back to back are undrinkable.absolute garbage,dumped them right down the drain!$40+ tip.the manager of this stand is hands down one of the best people i have ever met and runs this stand beautifuly but there are some girls that come thru that work for diedrichs that need to taste what there selling because its gross. if your out of regular do not give people sugar free syrup,some people are allergic to sugar free and it taste like crap.LOVE this company but some of these girls are consistantly inconsistant and after $40 in gross drinks ill just find a different drink cuz i cant afford this ball to be dropped anymore.sorry.”

“I have lived around the area for a while, hopefully not to much longer but hal's drive in has always been a reliable business. I find that the food is 5 star because im getting what im expecting. If they are swamped with orders and they forget to take somthing off or give me something wrong they are always willing to fix it. The staff are some of the more genuine people you will find arond but also kind. Dont forget to get a shake though.”

“i have spent multiple times studying here for 3+ hours in a session. i am always welcome to enjoy the atmosphere and work peacefully. the food is always great and the drinks are always made correctly in my experience. if a mishap occurred , which occasionally it does in fast food and at other starbucks locations, i’m positive it would be resolved smoothly. the drive through is always insanely quick. thank you guys!”
