I’ve been waiting in line for almost 30 minutes. A car pulls up to the window and they sit for 5-10 minutes before someone even rings them up. Then even longer before they get their food. I’ve never waited so long for “fast food”. As I post this it’s been over 30 minutes and I only had two cars in front of me. Food then came out cold
The store and crew are awesome. The BK app sucks, every time we use it , it messes something up. Like tonight it went through as 2 orders, which is not what we wanted .
I dont come here often, but each time ive never waited in the drive through less than 15 minutes. Longest probably 25 minutes.
