“I really love fish and chips along with a nice cold beer. I used to come in frequently. and enjoy, my meal. but it has become nearly impossible to get in the door and get seated. I'm 75 yrs old, With having to walk with 2 canes or my walker because of knee pain, its always so crowded and with not accommodating to the handicapped, I've had to give up trying to come anymore.. Also your short staffed on servers even makes it harder to have to wait so long for the food.“

“Had an amazing dinner date with my wife last Saturday! We decided to try this spot and were seriously impressed. The vibe was welcoming, and our server, Wesley, made the experience even better. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful with the menu. My wife got the Quesabirria Torta—slow-cooked beef in a rich adobo sauce, layered with jack cheese, mayo, cilantro, and onion on a roll that was just right. It came with birria consommé for dipping, sweet potato fries, and a Peachie Peach cocktail. She loved every bite. I went with the Smoked Pastrami Reuben, and wow—everything was on point. The in-house smoked pastrami was moist and flavorful, the sauerkraut and Swiss were balanced, and the toasted rye bread gave it the perfect texture. It came with sweet potato fries and a creamy horseradish sauce that really brought it all together. We left full and happy. “I was here for breakfast in the morning & the service was perfect. Attentive but not overbearing. Everything came out pretty quick considering I was the only person there other than a couple others for breakfast. Now, I know a sports bar for breakfast. I heard from locals that the food is good anytime of the day and they were not lying. I had country fried steak with hashbrowns & eggs. Gravy was very tasty & steak was cooked perfectly.“

“I have been driving around Genes to get to the TW for years. After a day of business in town, I just felt like a quiet beer... TW was buzzing Genes looked quiet. I stopped int Genes and AAAAAHHHH, late afternoon mid week. Just a few souls and at least one IPA on tap. I like the traditional Bar set up right down to the chrome/ nagahide stools and the shuffleboard. Of course, the term Dive Bar is used anymore as a complement and I'll add it as my fave Dive in Burlington. The bartender was cool and the rest of the folks were enjoying a chill afternoon easy quite beer experience. I'm not fooled, I'm sure it's bellowing with noise on every Friday night!“

“Waitress was terrible service was not even fair but food was good. Waitress was arguing about customers wanting to be waited on like spoiled brats. We won't be back .for a while hopefully she won't be there when we come in.never got a refill on soda fries cold.“
