“It’s been a few years since we’ve here. We stopped in for breakfast before driving up to snowshoe at Hurricane Ridge, and this place was every bit as delicious as last time. I had their loaded Scramble Your Way and he had the Blueberry Pancakes with bacon and a side of their tasty Sunshine Tumblers (balls of deep fried hash browns). My scramble was like a hash - I had flattened sunshine tumblers on the base, smothered with ham, shredded pork, shredded beef, tons of veggies, pico de gallo, sliced avocado and topped with a spicy hollandaise. The combination was amazingly creamy, meaty, crunchy potatoey goodness, with a pop of heat.
