Everything about this cafe is absolutely top-notch. We stopped in Sequim for a couple of days on a cross-country honeymoon road trip, and had the brisket breakfast tacos with a cheesy garlic knot with chorizo (and mushroom by request!) gravy. I am not joking when I say this is the BEST meal we had on our entire trip, bar none. We were treated with so much kindness from the moment we walked in. Coming from NYC and having eaten around a good bit, this was honestly without a doubt the best brunch food I've ever had.
Got the chicken and waffles. Incredible. Everyone at our tables shared a bit and everything else was delicious.
I think I also ordered a chai cocktail, but wasn't too crazy about it.
