This was a to go order.
What happened to the old double crunch shrimp. I used to order it all the time. But I just ordered it today and it was not what I was expecting. This new battery they use is not double crunch it's just mushy. There is a definite difference between this batter and the other one they used to use. This is such a disappointment. Not ordering this shrimp until they bring back the other batter they used before.

Well the noodles were overcooked they were a little gummy my steak was a little chewy and lots of gristle so I can only eat about half of it all the appetizers were really good the margarita was great overall it was a okay experience the stakes are usually a lot better than what this was but I guess that happens sometimes

Our food was cold and simply not up to par. Had to send steak back because it was over cooked, the ribs were more grisly than I have ever had at an Applebee's, chicken tender mac and cheese was watery and tasteless.

would give 0 stars if possible. The manager here is so rude, I'm a regular here as both a customer and a doordash delivery driver- and don't get me wrong, I work customer service so i have the utmost empathy for others in the service. I also understand some doordash drivers can be rude, so I try my best to be kind and engaging.
It says a lot, the fact that as soon as I see his face I just KNOW I'm going to get an attitude from him. Its funny too, because it's rubbed off onto the hosts and half the servers. The food isnt even that good, but combined with the horrible service? I'd much rather see this location shut down.
