My family and I spent to much money for a burger that was still pink in the middle, they completely forgot the french fries and their chicken was so overcooked My daughter couldn't bite through it. They gave us mozzarella sticks instead of the Hot poppers we asked for and when we did get the fries they were so overcooked you could barely bite through them. When we went up to the counter to let them know that our order was wrong they rolled their eyes and gave us a bunch of attitude. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Kyler had not only great customer service but an awesome personality as well. Loved his humor. The food was hot and fresh. Wait time was minimal. Restaurant was clean and comfortable inside and out.
Nothing out of the ordinary. Food is decent, but the interior is very classic 90s. Lots of beige tile. Counter service was patient while my child decided what to order. Will go again.

The kid that was working the front of the place deserves a raise! He was working solo and there were plenty of people with no patience, unfortunately. He remained so sweet, professional and hard working.

Supremely disappointing. I don’t normally eat at Arby’s but this location guaranteed that I won’t be eating this crap again. I don’t know if the worker who made this just didn’t care or if it’s an inferior product. Even if they paid me money to eat here I’d probably pass. Loaded Italian sub was sloppily made and just was a mess. The beef and cheddar was also just off. I did give 2 stars for service because my food was made quickly on an online order but maybe they should take more time and care to prepare the food. Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve had in awhile. Buyer beware!!!

I came into arbys in silverdale and got a burger , while i was waiting for my food i noticed to be what i believe is the most dirty atmosphere i have ever seen everything was sticky , had something spilled on and down everywhere at the beverage station . The floor was sticky . When it came to the sauce despensers i 100% saw mold in the honey mustard depenser . The lobby looks like it hasnt been properly cleaned in a very long time .My order is ready the guy gives it to me and as he is turning around and walking away he i believe he was trying to say goodbye but i could not hear him cuz he was already walkimg away I finally get my burger (i got it JUST TO TRY IT) and it tasted like plastic a rubber. All in all 100% all around horrible and disgusting experience . I hope that they get some better management in there to correct the major hygenic problem that the silverdale arbys has. No one wants to eat some place where you feel like you cant touch anythimg becuase of it being so nasty
The service is top notch but the food was awful. Dry and felt like it had been left out all day. We keep trying this location because it's on base, but it's consistently bad. We regret it every time. Such a shame because the people are so nice.

I haven't eaten at Arby's in a long time. Last time I immediately puked after eating a sandwich (Basic Arby's roast beef sandwich w/horse sauce). Sandwich tasted and smelled like it had been there longer than it should have. Today was the 1st time I've gone and ordered. Didn't puke this time but I surely didn't feel satisfied..
