I was there June 18th, and Lauren/Loren was the Barista. She had taken 5 or 6 orders before me, and In my 7 years in the US, I have never seen a customer service from Lauren/Loren's age, how she was so fast and efficient. She deserves a raise! She also have great smile and again, so efficient and fast! Keep it up girl, ur doing a really great job!
They got four stars because I waited 20 minutes for one Boba Tiger milk white iced tea with tea is absolutely amazing they're both nice and soft and fresh the food that they were serving around us look absolutely yummy the only other thing I didn't really like is their Cooks weren't wearing hair nets and one of them had really really long hair and it was in his eyes he could barely see obviously he was a new cook but they need to have hair nets on back there otherwise...
Very good. A little slow on the orders but I understand as there is only one person to do the Boba teas, the others do the food. Good selection to pick from and the staff are very pleasant. As the person was making the Boba it was a little confusing if you were to put in your own order (the computer is facing the customer as if you are to order)or if someone takes it (which is the case when I asked about it). Other than that, it was very good. I will go back!
