I’m an Instacart shopper and shop several times a day at this Costco. I strive to make the checkout process as smooth and easy as possible. I box my own items and try to expose the barcode for cashier benefit.
Recently, a new rule has been established that all boxed items must be unpacked at checkout. These items never go back the same and it’s an absolute back-breaking disaster. I am considering no longer shopping at Costco professionally, as well as personally.
I understand that some items may get skipped but Instacart shoppers aren’t trying to steal anything I can guarantee that as our tip often decreases when less items are purchased. Please rethink your policy. Thank you.

Finger-shaped indents were in two of my slices, on two whole pepperoni, still ate 'em but it looks like someone's just pushing down the dough bubbles with their fingers.Tried to give me a waiting hotdog that was there before I arrived, or "it'll be 15 minutes for a fresh one." so I took it, also received one melted chocolate sundae from someone else's order, and half-melted chocolate sundae from the freezer. Ice and spoons were gone. I was under the impression Costco spared no expense at hiring people, I've seen better food prep from $7 fast food employees in years gone by. Tasted great though!

I love how they keep the low priced basic menu so we can get in and out!! I love putting big orders in and it gets done within 30 minutes!!

Brynn Peterson is a career thief she's constantly bragging about the items she seals out of people's purses and from Costco and that they will never catch her because she sleeps with management at gig harbor Costco she uses her pull as a cashier to get members information goes to their houses vandalizes and assault them and claims Costco backs her and her behavior. threatens to cancel my membership if I don't stay quiet I'm not sure what I'll do if Costco actually goes through with it I don't want to be tied up in a lawsuit for years but there's no way they can allow her to still be employed and behave like this. I pulled into your stores parking lot and this is what I got next I never know what she looks like she looks nothing like the filters on her profile on Facebook but she is extremely mean rude and no tax or class to act the way she did in front of children with her Costco employee badge on
