Dangerous. They make it too easy to enjoy some cookies! Friends staff, great service, and amazing cookies. We order ahead and never had an issue!

Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been positive. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with customer service. When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.

Need to give me more points, for such a big corporation they are being to stingy, they are too un patriotic they and they support Canada, they have no tables at the restaurant like they don’t want us to stay but I’ll give food 4 stars cause my children like to put tuna on them for a after school snack so 3 stars go america ??? raaaaaawrrr
