The cookies are always good. But, the very young employees need to learn you don’t call an adult by their first name. This is a matter of training that an adult manager should be enforcing. You kids need to say Mam or Sir or you can say Ms / Mr before their first name. It is just polite and respectful. Here is the general rule: if the customer is older than you then you say Mam, Sir, or Ms / Mr. If the customer appears to be your age or younger then you can use their first name.
